Cancellation Policy
If for any reason, you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Any cancellations,reschedules or no-shows within 48 hours before your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the service you were scheduled for.
There is a late fee of $20 for clients who arrive late(More than 10 minutes from the scheduled appointment) .
If you arrive 30 minutes late for the scheduled appointment, We will not have enough time to perform the service without making our next Guest wait. Therefore, we will have to reschedule and you will be charged 100% of the service you were scheduled for.
If the card on file is declined, you will no longer be able to book an appointment.
A non refundable deposit is required to book your appointment and will be used towards your service.
